Il Silenzio Interiore

The Innner Silence, is a state of unlimited Peace;
there is nothing from an illusory outward that is interfering.
There is nothing phisycal, mental or emotional
that can touch your True State,
unless you give back the guide of your System to your dense bodies.

Therefore, is as if you are crossing a tunnel
that drives you to an absulutely stable and protected inner bubble
in which there are no interferences,
ascribed to some illusory outward factors.

Your task is to reach to that bubble, and stay there as long as possible.
All that happens in the illusory outward, is not your business.
This is the Inner Silence.

There are no expectations;
nothing has to happen
nothing has to occur,
and no answers to expect.
Only reach the bubble
and abandon yourself to its Peace
