When silence speaks to you

You talk to me and I don’t hear, or maybe I hear and I can’t decode what you want to tell me. How do I understand this?

Practice silence. Inner silence allows you to silence the constant chatter of your mind that feeds the emotional body.

Ma il nascere di queste emozioni alimenta – di nuovo – il pensiero di mancanza, paura, rabbia, frustrazione, in un circolo vizioso che sembra non avere fine. So your thoughts of right/wrong, good/bad, appropriate/inappropriate, fuel your emotions of anger, frustration, insecurity, emotional instability and so on. These emotions then feed – again – thoughts about lack, fears, anger, frustration, in a vicious circle that seems to have no end.

You have been practicing listening to this chatter very well. So now it is time for you to train yourself to hear silence. Find your moments of silence, pay attention to your breathing, ground your body, go to the Center of your Center without expectations, as if you were in an enchanted garden in the middle of nature without anything to do, to say, without agitation, only calm and contemplation. And it stays there. Then by training yourself in this silence you will begin to hear me again.
