Everything already exists

You can’t not worry about what to do and how to do it,
of negative events and unpleasant things that might happen to you
and, in general, of your future,
instead of living life with confidence and inner listening,
stop focusing your attention on the result
to have you constantly on the Here and Now,
knowing with extreme certainty that everything is already.
