How to soothe the pain

How can I ease my pain right now, my guilt?

Begin to observe this situation with new eyes, since there is not a “you” and an “other” outside of you, but everything is accomplished inside yourself. Therefore pain, frustration, anger, guilt are emotions that feed into thoughts in your mental body, and your mental body feeds into emotions. But everything about your dense bodies – mental, emotional and physical – are tools for observing and meeting your plans, but they are not Reality.

So start observing all this knowing that You Are Oneness, The All that forms everything and that in the Infinite Possibilities, because in All there is everything, there is already a manifestation of you that is living a different earthly reality from the one you are aware of.

So move to seek the unity in Oneness, not to reward what you desire mentally, but with the deep desire to manifest yourself at your highest level. Everything else will come accordingly.
Recognizing the One and recognizing the vibration of Unconditional Love that You Are gives you peace, serenity and great enthusiasm for the earthly experience that you are making.
Is that clear to you?

It is clear.

Do not be afraid, do not be in a hurry and do not stop. Return the Centre of your Centre, breathe, observe, listen: I speak to you continually.
