Look inside yourself

Your tendency is always to look for a cause to an effect, and it is always to look for a cause outside of you. There is not an external evil that strikes, or a misfortune, or a responsibility of companions, mothers, diseases, but simply a manifestation of the variable frequency that is within you.

So for you now is the opportunity to observe what is happening within you to continually bring your frequency into line with the Absolute Truth: everything is One. There are no people, no responsibilities, no situations separate from you: everything is a single flow that changes shape as your inner frequency changes.
